At We For World Foundation, we value the trust and commitment of all our participants, nominees, and contributors. Our cancellation policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations are accepted and how they are handled.
All nominations and paid registrations submitted through our website are considered final and non-cancellable once the payment is successfully processed.
Reason: These entries are immediately processed for evaluation, logistics, and backend documentation, making cancellations impractical after confirmation.
Up to 15 Days Before the Event: Participants may cancel their registration by sending a written request to events@weforworld.projectnyou.com. While the registration fee is non-refundable, you may request:
Transfer to another event/date, or
Transfer of the seat to another individual (subject to approval).
Within 15 Days of the Event: No cancellations or changes are permitted due to confirmed logistics and resource allocation.
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by We For World Foundation:
Registered participants will be notified via email
The registration/nomination will be automatically shifted to the rescheduled date or an equivalent upcoming event
If transfer is not feasible, eligible participants may request a refund (see Refund Policy)
Failure to attend an event without prior written notice is considered a no-show. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for no-shows.
We For World Foundation shall not be held liable for cancellations resulting from events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.). In such cases, we will offer:
Rescheduling of event
Digital/remote participation alternative (if applicable)
Credit for future events
